Sol De Mallorca

The villa is entered through a large and representative entrance hall. To the right there is the modern kitchen and adjacent to it and connected through a pass there is the dining area. The dining area is situated on a kind of landing and a few steps down from it there is one of the living rooms which has a fire place and access to one of the many sea  view terraces, all with sensational views of the bay of Palma and the open sea. On the other side of the entrance hall there are a guest toilet, a closet, a laundry room and a second very spacious living room with access to yet another terrace. Stairs lead up to the first floor and onto a large landing. On the left hand side there is the master bedroom suite with two bathrooms en suite, one of which has a dressing area. On the right hand side there are two more bedrooms with bathrooms en suite; all of these bedrooms have access to a terrace. In the basement there is a large landing wich presently is used as a fitness room, a small office, a bathroom and a guest apartment consisting of a large living and dining room with kitchenette and a bedroom with bathroom en suite. The pool terrace is one floor down and has a bar area. Furthermore, below the pool there is a room with a bathroom en suite which could be used a housing for housekeepers.
