Property Management & Maintanance

All aspects of property management are covered by our service.

We offer an extensive range of property management services, ensuring that your property is comprehensively cared for, so that your stays and those of your guests are as pleasant and hassle free as possible.

Key Holding

We will hold the keys to your property and upon your request make them available to visiting guests or tradesmen. We can also arrange for one of our team to be at the property to meet you, your guests or to supervise tradesmen or deliveries.

Inspections & Security

We will visit your property at a previously agreed frequency. During these visits we will check the property comprehensively to guard against utility supply failure or malfunction i.e. water leaks, insect infestation, floods and breaches of property security.

Property Caretaking

For those of our clients who do not rent out their property and/or are not able to visit frequently, we offer our caretaking service. We will visit the property at weekly intervals to check that all is secure and undertake all necessary maintenance of the house itself and also that of the garden, terraces, pool and spa. We will send regular updates and pictures of your property so that you are aware of the current conditions and will contact you immediately should anything be amiss. We use the services of professionals for necessary repairs and will fully supervise and administrate any remedial works or improvements in your absence.

Landscaping & Design

Working alongside one of Mallorcas most prestigious landscape designers, we have the technical skills, knowledge and proven ability to provide our clients with the highest quality of landscape design, construction and maintenance services. All of our horticultural staff are fully trained and experienced in the planting and subsequent care of all temperate ‘Mediterranean’ species.
Whether you require just a new lawn, the planting of trees, shrubs and seasonal bedding or a complete ‘from scratch’ landscape design and construction, including installation of automatic irrigation systems, Vintage Group can provide you with the professional and experienced services you need.
We can design and construct your garden & grounds and will ensure full consultation is maintained throughout the design, planning and construction phases. Regular email updates and images will be sent so that you are fully aware of progress during the span of the project.
We have the technical experience and knowledge required to also offer the construction of a vast range of hard landscaping features; from terraces, patios, retaining and ornamental walls through to bonded, cobbled, paved or block pathways and water features, Vintage Group will attain the standards of quality you are looking for.

Cleaning & Laundry

We provide a full range of cleaning & laundry services which are always undertaken to the highest standard.  From exit/changeover cleans, mid-stay clean linen change and launder, Spring/end of year clean & shutdowns, pre-arrival clean, post builders clean and also a full spectrum of external cleaning services (patios, terraces, furniture, etc.).

We are happy to offer tailor made cleaning services to suit your requirements including a dry cleaning service for your clothes. All of our laundry services are undertaken ‘In house’ to ensure that no instances of loss or misplacement of linen occur.

Meet and Greet

We will happily welcome your guests upon their arrival to your property.  We will provide them with their keys and introduce them to their accommodation, ensuring they are familiar with the operation of appliances, entry systems, alarms etc.

We will provide full contact details to your guests so that, should they require further assistance whilst on holiday, we are only a phone call away.
